Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped. Some items are produced especially for you. For these products, a delivery time of 6 to 7 business days applies. In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Domestic Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. A Given Horse is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mathijs@agivenhorse.com stating your name and order number. We will investigate this for you.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
For our full return policy, please refer to our Return Policy. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded, minus the return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at mathijs@agivenhorse.com stating your order number and including a photo of the item. We review such cases individually and will strive to provide an appropriate solution.
